JONW (Journaling for Optimal Nutrition & Wellbeing) is an amalgamation of nutrition education and 4 behavior change models that take the participant on a unique in depth journey towards understanding their own bodies and what works for them.
What's it about?
The need to establish JONW came about when various participants who had completed our Journaling for Self Discovery & Health, urged us to launch a journaling group focusing on health and nutrition.
JONW (Journaling for Optimal Nutrition & Wellbeing) is an amalgamation of nutrition education and 4 behaviour change models which take the participant on a unique in depth journey towards understanding their own bodies and what works for them. Stepping into JONW with Saba Gul Hasan, a certified Holistic Dietitian, who will be guiding you every step in this unique group therapy, you will be focusing on yourself while deriving motivation from other participants. Journaling about our health goals and mental blockages towards them, completing tasks which push you to come out of your comfort zone and most importantly understanding your barriers to change.

Your feedback, experience and suggestions are welcome and will be entertained at the formal WhatsApp group you will be added to once you start your challenge. If you want to participate independently, you will be in constant contact with our Dietitian
The JONW is not a FAD diet or a fat loss program. However it will help you achieve your health goals in a realistic way which will be both beneficial to your unique body type and stick with you for the long term. This program is not a pill or a quick fix for a chronic health issue. If at any point during the experience you feel more in depth guidance you can always reach out to SGH. JOWN is headed by a certified dietitian and all dietary or supplemental advice is backed by years of experience and professional degrees. Anything recommended by us to you is out of pure good will and concern for your health as we always aim to push our clients to indulge in the best possible food items. Participants take full responsibility for the effective completion of this experience to see significant results and understand that the results may vary from person to person. That is why it is requested of you to not compare yourself to others, rather focus on your own unique path.
