Exchange / Refund Policy

SGH is committed to supply fresh produce every single time you place an order. Exchange / Refunds are applicable only on online purchases. For queries regarding in store purchases email us at [email protected]. We are open to offer you an exchange/refund for items which:

  • arrive damaged due to transit

  • have a broken seal

We don’t offer exchange / refund if you:

  • Change your mind

  • Open the original packaging of the item or consume it

  • Don’t have a proof of purchase (invoice or online transaction)

 Exchange / Refund Process

  1. Immediately inform us about the product you want to return within 24 hours of receiving the product by writing to [email protected] or WhatsApp us at 03180042600, along with a picture of the defected item and your proof of purchase (invoice or online transaction).

  2. We will process your request within 3 working days.

  3. In case of refund, delivery charges are nonrefundable. The original cost of the item at the time of purchase, minus the delivery charges will be reimbursed via online bank transfer (that you provide by emailing us at [email protected])

  4. Payment will be made within 3 working days and an invoice of refund will be emailed to you.
